Simply suspend a drawer on each side of the trolley in either a "wing" or "T" formation. This enables you to pull out supplies in your bottom drawer and move to the top as your work requires. The top surface also features several recessed compartments and five round openings of various sizes at the end of the cart to hold accessories or tools.
